Sponsorship

How you can help Airmid Events bring mental and emotional health awareness and support to the Rocky Mountain gaming and fandom community.

How You Can Help

The public radio community calls it “underwriting,” and that is a term that works very well for us. As a registered 501(c)3 organization, any donations you make to us are fully tax-deductible, and your kind support helps improve education about and access to mental health resources throughout our community. In addition to direct financial donations, we are happy to receive relevant assets, such as:

• Games and genre entertainment items.
• Physical materials like office supplies and portable furniture.
• Workshop-supporting assets (cameras, microphones, projectors, stand-up dry erase or chalkboards, etc.).
• Access to storage spaces where we can securely maintain all of the above between events.
• Access to venues where we can host events for free or affordable rates.
• Catering and other food/refreshment options for such events.

What We Want to Do for You

When a company or organization provides underwriting support for a group like ours, they have reasonable expectations that their efforts are gratefully acknowledged and promoted. The Airmid team has quite a bit of experience with this sort of thing (including a Marketing & Communications Director with decades thereof). To that end, we have the following levels in mind for your consideration:

• Fan of Airmid [$25 quarterly or $80 annually]: Your logo in the appropriate spaces in our printed materials and on our website (with appropriate links where applicable). One free ticket to any of our events.

• Friend of Airmid [$50 quarterly or $175 annually]: Your logo in the appropriate spaces in our printed materials and on our website (with appropriate links where applicable). A brief (100 words or less) blurb about your company/organization/self on our website. Four free tickets to any of our events.

• Family of Airmid [$125 quarterly or $450 annually]: Your logo in the appropriate spaces in our printed materials and on our website (with appropriate links where applicable). A short (250 words or less) blurb about your company/organization/self on our website and our Facebook page. Ten free tickets to any of our events. A table in the general promotional spaces of our events (where appropriate). The ability to push one short promotional message (subject to review for appropriateness) to our social media audience once per quarter.

• Warrior of Airmid [$250 quarterly or $900 annually]: Your logo in the appropriate spaces in our printed materials and on our website (with appropriate links where applicable). A sizeable (500 words or less) blurb about your company/organization/self on our website and our Facebook page. 20 free tickets to any of our events. A single-unit booth in our vendor area (where appropriate). The ability to push one short promotional message (subject to review for appropriateness) to our social media audience twice per quarter.

• Airmid Pantheon [$500 quarterly or $1500 annually]: Your logo in the appropriate spaces in our printed materials and on our website (with appropriate links where applicable). A large (1000 words or less) blurb about your company/organization/self on our website and our Facebook page. 25 free tickets to any of our events. A two-to-four-unit booth in our vendor area (where appropriate, space-dependent). The ability to push one short promotional message (subject to review for appropriateness) to our social media audience once per month.

Reasonably-assessed values for materials and venues donated will be readily considered for the above schedule. While these are currently our suggested levels and options, we are absolutely open to other negotiated arrangements, so long as they do not detract for our mission and goals.
